Airport Navigation: The 3-Door Rule

Advise members to ignore all sales representatives and follow this path:

  • Door 1: Timeshare sales reps (Ignore).
  • Door 2: More sales reps (Ignore).
  • Door 3: Car rentals on LEFT; VIP SERVICES OFFICE on RIGHT.

Members must sign the list at the VIP Office to authorize billing (No payment required).

VDP & VDF Direction: Airport to Resort ONLY

Due to local taxi laws in Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit, departure shuttles are not offered for standard bookings.

  • Standard/Discounted: Arrival only. Return must be booked onsite via local taxi (less expensive).
  • Elite Exception: Only Elite Complimentary shuttles offer both Arrival and Departure.
  • Departure Rule: DO NOT discuss pick-up times for departures.

  • Drive Time: 3.5 hours.
  • Vehicle: Private Van ONLY (Must be offered to all members).
  • Elite Note: Complimentary private transport is NOT available for Sierra Lago.
